8. PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
9. SOCIAL SECRETARY
10. WELFARE SECRETARY
11. Election of 3 other members of the National Executive council for class set coordinators present (see section 9) 0f the constitution
12. Appoint of an Auditor and Audit committee (see section 12, 14 and 24
13. Appoint National President of branches into the National Executive Council Sectional:- 9 (1B)
(A) ELIGIBILITY TO CONTEST
a. Must be a Member. (see section 5) Membership subsection (1) and (2) it states:-
1. Membership of the Association shall be open to all old boys of the college, who must have spend not less two (2) academic years in the college.
2. An old boy shall be considered a confide member when he satisfies subsection (1) of this section, participates in the affairs of the Association and fulfill (1) his financial obligations. (page 6)
(B) Have the right to vote except that only members who must have spent not less than four years post – graduation from the college shall have the right to vie for the association’s National elective offices. (see section 6 subsection 3)
B. Membership Right of Benefit page 7. (i.e. 2014 post qualified cannot contest this year 2018 election but can vote.
(C) Election Section 13 Subsection 2 states:- only bonafide financial members who meet up financial responsibilities or other sums presently payable by him to the Association, in addition to satisfying the condition in Section 5, subsection (3) above shall be eligible to vote and to be vote for.
3. Must not have being conviction.
4. Must not have been Convicted
(D) ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE
1. Must be a member ( see section 5
2. Must be a financial member (see section 5 Subsection (2)
3. Must not be a first timer on the day of election.
