Femi is a Master degree holder from the University of Bedfordshire, U.K. He is married and lives in Toronto, Canada with his family. He started his career in Banking where he has more 10 years combined experience. Femi has also worked in Management Consulting, specializing in HR and Strategy where he has over 12 years experience. He is an active Facilitator and has trained on various Management & Soft Skills Development Programmes in more than five different countries. He currently serves on the Board of a Management Consulting & Training Firm as a Partner. Femi is a consummate sports follower and has special interest in football, basketball and baseball. He also likes music, the arts and dancing.
