9. Election 

The Election which marked the second part of the Annual General Meeting of the Government College Lagos Old Boy’s Association was held on the 27th of May 2018.

i.  The opening prayer was led by Pastor Kola Egun 79 set at 3:12 pm. The National Anthem was rendered followed by the Schools Anthem.

A section of the Constitution was amended to allow online voting for members resident outside Lagos and the Diaspora.

At the end of voting, Imran Dapo ShittaBey was declared the winner by the Electoral committee having recorded majority of the total votes cast.
